🌊☀️SUMMER is here but children still move through their days carrying so many emotions — excitement, frustration, curiosity, worry, and everything in between. Our Yoga & Mindfulness Program offers them a place to go on fun adventures, breathe 🌿, reset, and strengthen the inner skills that help them meet those moments with calm and confidence.

Through gentle movement 🤸‍♀️, mindful breathwork 🌬️, and imaginative storytelling ✨, students learn how to steady themselves when overwhelmed, refocus when distracted, and feel more grounded during academic and social challenges. Each age group receives a curriculum designed specifically for their developmental stage so the practices feel meaningful, accessible, and supportive while maximizing SUMMER fun!

🌊🕶️ TK, PK & Kindergarten (2:35–3:15 PM)

🌊☀️SUMMER is here but our youngest learners thrive when mindfulness is woven into imagination, movement, and play. These summer sessions introduce calming breathing techniques, playful yoga poses, and simple relaxation through seasonal story adventures children can fully immerse themselves in.

Children may drift through Ocean Explorers 🌊, flutter like butterflies through Summer Meadow Adventures 🦋, stretch tall like palm trees 🌴, or journey through sunshine-filled mindfulness adventures designed to help them move, breathe, and reset in joyful ways.

Through these gentle experiences, children begin to understand their feelings, connect with their breath, and settle their bodies with more ease.

These practices help children:

🌈 reduce transition-related anxiety
⭐ build confidence and independence
🎒 strengthen kindergarten readiness

Each class offers simple tools children can carry into their everyday lives to feel calm, present, confident, and grounded throughout the summer season.

🌴🦋 Grades 1–4 (Group 1: 3:15–4:00 PM | Group 2: 4:00–4:45 PM)

🌊☀️SUMMER is here but as children move through elementary school, their emotional and academic worlds begin to grow and change. Our summer mindfulness curriculum supports this stage through engaging, age-appropriate practices that blend movement, breathwork, imagination, and relaxation.

Stu will journey through ocean adventures 🌊, tropical island explorations 🌴, starry summer skies ✨, and peaummer nature-inspired experiences while building tools to help them navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence and calm.

These practices help students:

💛 manage stress and overwhelm
🎯 strengthen focus and concentration
📘 develop tools for test anxiety and transitions
🌬️ understand and regulate deeper emotions
🤝 navigate friendships with confidence
🌟 approach challenges with clarity and calm

Through these playful yet meaningful experiences, students build an emotional toolkit they can carry into schoolwork, friendships, family life, and everyday moments throughout the summer and beyond.

💰 Tuition

$280 per student
Includes weekly sessions, yoga mats, props, and take-home mindfulness materials.
